Decades ago, tattoos on women were almost a taboo. Tats once meant masculinity and power. Girls with body art were seen as rebellious, and probably violent. However, nowadays, tats on girls are now often seen as stylish, fashionable, and cool. There is a significant rise in popularity of body art among girls.
